BabyLand is a retail destination dedicated to mothers and infants. The goal was to modernize their outdated, overly complex identity into a high-performance brand. I developed a versatile logo system that replaced illegible gradients with clean, scalable typography, ensuring a professional look at any size.

To empower the client, I delivered a comprehensive Brand Manual and a modular Canva toolkit for social media, allowing them to create on-brand content in-house with ease. By extending the identity into packaging patterns and large-format signage, I ensured a cohesive and premium customer experience across all physical and digital touchpoints.

BabyLand Logo Redesign

Redesigning for the real world: I reimagined the BabyLand identity to prioritize readability and technical flexibility. By stripping away outdated gradients and excessive detail, I created a clean, bold typographic mark. The new identity features a robust single-color version, optimized for diverse production methods including embroidery, screen printing, and small-scale digital icons.

Logo Redesign Before/After

Out with the gradients, in with the versatility. The objective was to evolve the BabyLand logo from an outdated, illustrative style into a modern retail brand. I simplified the iconography (focusing on the crown and flag motifs) and balanced the typography to create a mark that is "future-proofed." The new identity is cleaner, more professional, and technically optimized for a 360-degree brand rollout.

Color palette

Created a vibrant yet balanced color palette that reflects the joyful, nurturing world of mothers and babies. The combination of soft pastels and confident accent colors gives the brand a playful retail feel while keeping it clean, modern, and easy to apply across packaging, signage, and digital content.

Logo guide

Client Education: A peek inside the BabyLand Logo Guide. I provided the client with a detailed breakdown of their new brand assets, covering everything from color profiles to the importance of vector scalability. It’s not just about the design; it’s about making sure the client knows how to use it effectively.

Pattern & Secondary Logo

Custom pattern and packaging design for BabyLand. By translating the playful brand identity into a repeating motif, I ensured a cohesive visual experience across all physical touchpoints. It’s these small, consistent details that transform a simple purchase into a premium brand experience.

Brand Guidelines

Developed a comprehensive Brand Guidelines manual. I engineered a vibrant, playful, yet structured visual system that includes clear rules for typography hierarchy, color palettes, and logo clear space. This document ensures that the brand remains recognizable and consistent across all physical and digital retail touchpoints.

I focused on creating versatile layouts for promotional stories, ensuring that typography, color hierarchy, and brand stickers remain consistent across every slide. A perfect balance of creative integrity and daily utility.

Social Media Post Templates

Social Media Toolkit: Custom Instagram post and carousel templates for BabyLand. By balancing playful brand elements with clean, conversion-focused layouts, I provided the client with a sustainable way to create gorgeous, on-brand graphics at scale. Easy to use, plug-and-play with no excessive graphic design knowledge required.

Social Media Profile Design

Detail-oriented design: Showcasing the 'crop-safe' logic behind the BabyLand social media toolkit. By anticipating how Instagram handles 1:1 ratio previews, I designed these templates to be both high-impact in the feed and perfectly aligned in the grid. It’s a small detail that makes a massive difference in brand perceived value.

Favicon

Designed a simplified favicon that preserves the recognizable crown motif from the BabyLand identity. The goal was to create a tiny but memorable brand marker that stays clear and recognizable even at very small sizes across browser tabs, mobile shortcuts, and digital platforms.
